Build foundational sustainability awareness, participate in initiatives, and develop core competencies in your department. Focus on learning basics, conducting audits, and supporting team initiatives.

🎯 Specialist Track

Deep-dive into specific workstreams (food waste, energy, procurement), lead training sessions, and develop expertise in chosen sustainability areas. Create business cases and run pilot projects.

👑 Lead Track

Mentor other Champions, coordinate site visits, and drive strategic sustainability initiatives across properties. Build relationships and scale successful programmes.
